Debra Reddick is the visionary leader of Debra Reddick Ministries. She is a Co- Pastor, teacher, intercessor, Author, speaker, conference planner and facilitator, and a certified life coach. She has a mandate to equip the saints of God that they may fulfill their unique purpose in life. She utilizes her spiritual gifts, as the Holy Spirit leads, to direct, instruct, and strengthen women in their walk with Jesus Christ. Pastor Debra operates in a yoke-destroying anointing, which was birthed through various adversities in her own life. 

Pastor Debra is a two time survivor of Breast Cancer. The first time at the age of 32 and then twenty six years later. Her experiences in dealing with breast cancer the first time was so different and difficult the second go around. Through the aches, pains, chemotherapy, hair loss, sickness and the various adversities she encountered, she was never willing to give up. Debra kept her eyes focused on God and had faith that with God all things were possible.  After her ordeal with cancer she realized that there are many women that need more first-hand knowledge and understanding of dealing with such a life altering disease. It’s very personal and any opportunity she has to speak on it or to talk about how God brought her through she freely share her testimony and praise report.

Pastor Debra has a passion to see women fulfill the vision that God has given them and serves as an example and spiritual mother to many daughters of destiny. The mission of Debra Reddick Ministries is to encourage, empower and enlighten the lives of women nationally and globally; in mind, body and spirit through life-changing conferences, impactful seminars and personal coaching. For ten years, she served as the founder and CEO of Sisters in the Spirit Ministry, Inc., a fellowship of Christian women designed to develop women to their full potential in Christ with emphasis on Kingdom living. 

Pastor Debra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida with a minor in business. She attended Life Christian University to pursue a Degree in Theology. She feels that God has given her one of her greatest assignments: to be able to stand beside her husband, Pastor Terance C. Reddick, Sr., as Co-Pastor of Dominion Life Faith and Worship Church, a non-denominational church located in the Tampa Bay area. Pastor Debra loves laboring by her husband’s side in the ministry.
